I know that they have come a long way to provide veggies and fruits at the public schools but the main menu is still so full of FAT!!! None of the teachers eat it cause they know they will get fat eating it too!!

I am 5'1 my goal weight is 118. I'd be so happy at that. Looking at you other shorties goals make me wonder if I should set mine a little lower. I am a small boned and that particular bone structure and height says that what I should weight at the most.

I've done P90x and I'm pretty sure it's more geared to men. I mostly just do the plowamatrics, abs, legs, sometimes arms and pushups. And Yoga. I want a lean tight body so no pull-ups. Running and swimming give me the other extras a need. Also, I agree..TOO many calories to lose weight, especially for a woman.

I always enjoy a movie or a workout or both. I sleep, letting my mind process what is wrong and then read, pray and meditate. Every mood can turn at any point. @Maximalife, /I have a har time eating ALL the exercise calories. How about eating half those exercise calories back? lol @ginallclark. Water Is the best diet aid. I will swear by that. I take a full 32 oz of water down first thing in the moring to en any dehyration an repeat that 4-5 more times throughout the day.
