When I was on the mini pill after my first pregnancy, I felt like I was starving ALL the time. To the point I would get the shakes even though I was eating lots of food. I had lots of other issues with it as well, so I quit taking it. A few months later I had a talk with my cousin, who is a geriatrician, just randomly…

Thanks for the different suggestions. I'll definitely check these out when I go shopping. As for the rec to go commando, that just isn't even remotely a possibility. It would be immediately obvious to everyone in the class that I had nothing on under my pants. Plus, I once stood behind a woman in an exercise class who wore…

I just had the lettuce wrap tacos yesterday and they were AWFUL. What a waste of money. Order ANYTHING else. Seriously.

I just want to say thanks and CONGRATS to the eleven of us who made it through to the end. Whether we hit our goals or not, to be in the final 11 out of 65 original team members is a FANTASTIC accomplishment. Can't wait to see you all in February!

Hey ladies, I posted this on the scoreboard, but I am WAY short on strength this week. I have been sick with a terrible cough for two weeks and couldn't go to either of my classes this week. I've had overages that I've shared every week, so if anyone has any they can throw my way this week I would be so grateful!

My kids know that whatever is left over in their lunch box becomes their after school snack. Didn't eat that ham and cheese sandwich? You are eating it at home. Ate all your lunch? Get to pick your after school snack. It has worked well for us and cuts down on food waste.

Pooping at work is WAY better than pooping at home because of the awesome power flushing that goes on. Every place I have ever worked has the high-power, high-flow toilet that sucks it all down in one go. At home, with most places going to low-flow toilets, it's nerve-wracking watch the water level rise and rise. Then you…

I use the "daily" series on my phone. Daily Ab Workout, Daily Arm workout, Daily Legs, etc. They're all free, and the can be adjusted for ten minutes or less. I find these the perfect apps when I need to squeeze in a quick workout.
