  • If you like to dance you need to look into Zumba Fitness. I go to the classes and just recently ordered the dvd's to do at home. I track my own calories with my Polar watch and with Zumba I have hit 900-1000 calories in just 1 hour. Not to mention it's lots of fun.

  • I wouldn't consider that to be a "white" item because it's grains and nothing enriched. I don't think one slice at night will do any harm especially if you eat it 3 hours before bed. Just my thought.
  • I go to Zumba class at least twice a week and would go more if I was able. I love it. Last Saturday I attended a Zumbathon...2 hours straight; it was lot's of fun. If you like to dance or would like to learn to dance then Zumba is for you. Beats my boring elliptical any day.

  • How do I know what my max heart rate level should be to accomplish an effective cardio workout in 30-45 minutes and/or burn 500 calories which is my daily goal??
