I've had 2 c-sections and my treat after I lose 35 lbs will be a tummy tuck. My OB doctor has told me no matter how much ab work I do I will still have a small pooch (hanging skin) because the nerves in that areas are dead. :cry:

I mix whole red or pinto beans, pico de gallo & cooked ground turkey instead of ground beef. My 2nd favorite is frying it in a little olive oil and adding carrots and peas and toping with a nice piece of tilapia.
