My goal is 8 more pounds by January 1 to start the year encouraged, so we're thinking along the same lines. :) It's much less daunting when you break it into smaller amounts. After that I'll still have 60 more to go lol. Good luck!

I usually don't eat until about an hour after I wake up (I usually end up eating around 8:30 to 8:45). I get up, drink ice cold water to get me going, and eat when I feel like I have the energy to make something. If I have to wake up earlier for whatever reason, I try not to eat as many calories first thing so I can eat…
