I don't mind the sarcasm and I enjoy jokes. We all need to keep a sense of humor and enjoy what we decide to do for ourselves. If you can't enjoy it you won't continue with it and feel like you are failing. Getting in shape is about loving ourselves and therefore we should each find our own path.

I try to eat clean. Definitely no boxed or convenience foods. No fast food either. At this time am only eating fruits and vegetables, not a vegetarian, just a personal process. Having trouble getting enough calories. Eat a lot but veggies have no calories
