This might make me sound vain, but I don't really care what the scales say as long as I look good in clothes and feel good about myself.

I gained most of my excess weight after I quit smoking, although there were other factors at play) and I believe that coffee is similar to cigarettes in that to some people, it almost becomes a meal replacement. There's scientific evidence to show that it works as an appetite suppressant as well.

For me, it has to be Pepsi Max. Won't even touch Diet Coke :sick: and Coke Zero tastes too chemically.
