  • Ugghhhh! The sugar keeps creeping in! I have stayed away from carbs for months now - no problem, but the sugar - it's everywhere and I want it!
  • So am getting close to my goal but I am sad that I don't "feel" any different. I know I have lost weight, people comment, my clothes are too big, but every time I look at myself I still "feel" overweight. It's in my head and it is about my self-image but I am wondering how you all feel after you lost the weight?
  • Congratulations! I have 7 lbs to go and have lost all motivation. I just want to stick it out but these last few lbs are killing me!
  • I am learning this adventure is more than about losing weight. Even though clothes are fitting better and people are noticing the weight loss, I still see myself as having so far to go and have a distorted view of how people see me. It is time to start working on my self-image as well as the outside image.
  • You will do great! At first I thought all I could eat was boring foods but I have learned to add more spices and am experimenting more with new veggies. I can't get past the taste of the IP soups though. They just were not for me!
  • You should also check your blood pressure as it might be too low.
  • I will try the Jicama and have eaten more pepper in that past three weeks than in my entire life! I have completely stayed away from tomatoes too as I would eat them like candy! Good luck this week everyone :)
  • I would like to lose 25-30. So far I am finding week 2 harder than week one. I feel like I have lost a little of motivation I had last week. Hope I can keep it up!
  • I have completed my first week and lost 6.5 lbs. I am really missing fruit though especially this time of year! Very happy though :happy:
