  • If you're not using a HRM just count your total rolls. My classes usually work like this: Warmup: 5-10 min (jogging, pushups, rolls etc) Technique/drilling: 30 min-40 min Live rolling: 30-40 min So if we do x5 5 minute rounds I log it as 25 minutes and then tack on 5 minutes for warm-ups and technique combined.
