  • I never weight myself just before or during my period, because the scale easily shows a 2-3 pounds extra. It's all water weight, but it's still frustrating. So i avoid the scale until I stop bleeding, just to not freak out (and be discouraged, even though i KNOW it's just water retention...)
  • I usually have around 800 left for dinner and evening snack. I like to make dinner the biggest meal of my day, even though they say we should do the opposite :p I eat early, so I have a lot of time to digest before going to bed.
  • I feel you. As soon as I part from my diet plan, just for an icecream or something, it's like my body goes in the "GIMME SUGAR!"-mode. Allow yourself one cheat-day per week. Try to stick to it, keeping in mind that once EVERY week, you'll be able to indulge in junkfood no matter what :) Good luck! xoox

  • For quick mornings, I like the Light Muscle Milk protein shake. Only 100 calories! It has 5g of carbs, but since it has some fiber as well, the net carb is lower (3g I think!)
