  • Its about how your body feels. When im done with my workout, i just take my shower and then i prepare my breakfast. It takes about 45 mins until i eat sth after my workout.

  • I completed L2D3 today and i feel great about it! Level 2 felt very hard at first but it gets easier every day! Way to go girls keep at it!

  • Go to MY HOME section and there at left column you will see track food, track exercise, etc... Click "track exercise" and then write what you did as a sport on the search bar.

  • You are so hardworking! Lol level 2 is literally killing me so i just can't find the strength to do more workouts.. lol i just feel like i started the shred just yesterday! Level 2 feels like the first day of level 1 in terms of soreness.
  • You can always do the modification movements, thats what i do when it really kills me! I find that its better than to stop and wait to move on to the next movement. Like Jillian says, "just give her everything you got". :)

  • Maybe i should have taken my measurements at the beginning but its okay because i have pictures to compare :) Well im kinda relieved to hear that results become visible on level 3! I dont really care about my weight anymore, its okay if i look 140 lbs when im 155 :) i want that belly gone for good!
  • I hear you! Im doing extra workout like you, (ab workout only, too lazy for more) and im already half way but i cant see any major changes! :(
  • I havent taken any measurements because i just cant seem to measure right or i just dont trust my measuring. lol i try to eat very healthy stuff like whole grain bread (2 every meal at most), cheese, greek yoghurt, turkey slices, chicken, salad, soup and so on... I dont drink coke, i dont eat chocolate or any sugary stuff…
  • beezbee, i am just the same! Today I finished level 2 day 2, and i felt that it was just a tad bit easier than the first day (im sure we'll get used to it in 3-4 days). Plank jacks are killing me too! I still could not see a major difference around my belly and it makes me very sad, though i can see a very little toning…

  • awikum, pilates is not a weight loss exercise, rather, you should be doing it for a more flexible, toned and strong body. I did pilates for about a couple of months formerly and i did not lose any pounds, but my body felt a lot more firmer.
  • If you take a look at the message boards you will see a june crunch challenge for 30 days. You can try it! Also you can give Jillian's dvds a shot. Right now im on 30 day shred and its pretty tough stuff. Or you can try her killer abs DVD to get o smaller and defined tummy.
  • I'm in too! I'm starting today.. I'm also doing the shred and at level 2 day 2. Crunches and ab workouts are my favorite!
  • arania15, I know i'll stick to it and keep my motivation up at least till the end of the month! :) Level 2 is brutal! But it seemed easier this second day. Do you do the modifications or the original moves?
