  • I would personally prefer the 5:2 diet to this one.
  • I can recommend the 5:2 diet since it really, really works wonders. When my weight was stuck I ran into this diet and saw books written about it at a bookstore. It really helps losing the weight and then keeping it off!

However, before you really consider that, think of how proud you would be of yourself if you stuck to a kick *kitten* workout for a couple months and you could have an amazingly tight skin with an amazingly healthy and strong body!

  • Hi there Anita! I have been gone on mfp for a couple months as well, but I can say that once you stick to your diary, you will keep logging and logging, along with some great motivation and friend support. I am also here if you need any help!

  • It's my last day on Week 3 tomorrow!! I'm then having a rest day on Sunday and I'm moving on to Week 4, aka "the mother of all four workouts" as Jillian calls it! I'm both scared and excited! :)

  • Heeyy!! With the kind invitation of my friend cm1458, im here to get ripped with y'all! I'm currently on Day 3/ Week 3 of Ripped in 30 right now. I felt it didn't get any easier until today, and im so happy im at least a tad bit more comfortable with the moves now! Let's do this thing!

  • I'm in! I'm currently doing Ripped in 30 and im at Week 1 Day 5, and i completed 30 ds just before Ripped in 30 (no rests). I'm always here for motivation!
