I can recommend the 5:2 diet since it really, really works wonders. When my weight was stuck I ran into this diet and saw books written about it at a bookstore. It really helps losing the weight and then keeping it off!

If it is just for some excess skin, I could do it, if I had the guts of course! However, before you really consider that, think of how proud you would be of yourself if you stuck to a kick *kitten* workout for a couple months and you could have an amazingly tight skin with an amazingly healthy and strong body!

Been there! After i reached my goal weight i stopped using mfp but i realized that i need more friends to keep me motivated to live in a healthier way bcz it is sooo easy to lose track without a trigger or a reminder,lets say. Anyone looking for support just feel free to add me.

Heeyy!! With the kind invitation of my friend cm1458, im here to get ripped with y'all! I'm currently on Day 3/ Week 3 of Ripped in 30 right now. I felt it didn't get any easier until today, and im so happy im at least a tad bit more comfortable with the moves now! Let's do this thing!
