  • I will have to say that people criticizing her are simply jealous of her beautiful body. I mean, can't you really see those abs, arm muscles popping out of her clothes and the adonis muscles and still saying she has NO definition? If you hate her so much then don't follow her videos. Jesus!
  • Of course! As long as we don't stop, its all good! I know your such a busy mother and you still try to stick with it so im very very proud of you. :) Youre doing just fine. Now when i look at my back creases they are almost GONE! I'm so happy, yayy! Just finished L2 D9 today and i have one more day till level 3. Let's keep…

  • She CAN run. She just doesn't like it thats all. Jillian's videos are designed for ppl having problems with their body, i believe, but that doesnt mean skinny ppl cant do her workouts. If you already have a good body, go try insanity or whatever. Jillian does everything she promises to her followers, so please consider…
  • Aww im always here for support, you know :) We are doing great and im proud of us!! Are you happy about your progress and do you see any changes when you try on your clothes? Cuz thats the best part!!

  • Awesome job girl, well done! Way to go!
  • I definitely disagree about the skinny- fat comment too. She weighs less than 124 lbs, is that ''fat''?Oh come on now.. She is not fat or anything, she just has a muscular body and thats very normal. You can't expect a famous personal trainer to be skinny as a skeleton, right? She is super motivational by the way, whenever…
  • Day 18 done! Yayyy!! Keep pushin girls we're getting there!
  • I know how you feel :( But doing the workouts in the mornings is way better than doing it in the evening and plus it helps your body feel soo good and fit during the day. Im a college student and sometimes i have to get up early at 5.50 to do my workout. But after doing it, i feel refreshed and very very proud of myself!…

  • MelClaire2000, don't worry about it, most of us have been down the same road. Believe me, after two or three more days of level 2, you'll see that different muscles of your body have started working and you will achieve the moves a lot better! I used to follow Anita too, but now, sometimes i find that I can catch Natalie's…
  • Congrats Scotland_fore!! Can you post before and after pictures so we can all get inspired by your shredded body?:) I'm at L2D7 and i am very happy with my results thus far! I can't wait to finish the shred like you!
  • Wow, i gotta check this out! As soon as i saw this topic i dived in instantly! Lol Quick question: Does it still pay if im from Europe?
  • Any of Jillian's dvds are awesome. I've just been doing the 30 day shred by her and in only 17 days, i can see a noticable difference! After the shred, im moving on to Jillian's Ripped in 30 and then 6 week 6 pack dvds. Highly recommended!
  • Hey beezbee, where have you been!! I'm waiting for your progress info here lol

  • I just added you! I'm trying to lose as much as I can and I know how motivation and support means to all of us. 12 kg is not a huge number so you can definitely reach your goal! Im always here for support!
  • Gym never worked for me in the long run, and now i enjoy being shredded with Jillian! Great results even in 16 days!
  • Cardio is essential! It is also the key to a flatter stomach, though most ppl think its all about ab workouts. Nooo. not really. It also helps burn the excess fat you have along with the other squats, plank poses, push ups and so on.
  • I'm using 4.5 lbs dumbells for each arms and its tough. But it definitely gets you a lot more closer to your goal weight or shape!
  • I am done with Day 16 today! (L2D6) I feel amazing and im very happy about my progress! I have already lost 3.5 lbs since i started and though it looks a small number, the difference is noticable enough, and the good thing is that i still have 2 weeks till the shred is over! Can't wait to start to ripped in 30 after the…
  • Hey, its a 30 day shred! No breaks. I'm at L2D5 and i never had a rest day and im happy with it, and also seeing very good results! I would feel guilty if i took a rest day because the workout is only 28 mins( though its very intense, lol)
  • Good for you, way to go! I'm down with L2D5 today and we have just about 5 more days to start level 3! Plank poses are so tough! Carrying my whole body weight is the hardest of all :/

  • Since you are very new to this, i suggest you use water bottles for weight lifting for the beginning. Not the huge ones of course :) Try squats and bicep curls but dont be so harsh on yourself, take it slow. You can do this everyday for about 10 mins and when you feel ready to use heavier weights, you can use bigger water…
  • Good job ladies!!! I completed Day 4 of Level 2 today and i feel amazing! I've lost 2.2 lbs so far and though its a very small number on the scale, it feels so good! Keep going beauties, we'll do this! ????
  • At most, my calorie intake is 1400. I finished L2D4 this morning and i thought i was going to puke! Wow it was intense.

  • My day 3 on level 2 is done too! I feel great about it and i still cant believe its going to be 14 days tomorrow! 2 weeks! Wow we ARE doing awesome girl! How much cals do you eat a day?

  • Of course you can! You still burned your calories and even while your lying on your bed resting, your metabolism will be working for you to lose weight. Just not try to eat RIGHT AFTER your done with exercise. Make sure its at least 30 mins after your workout.
