Im am currently 174 lbs and im 5'9 female. Im trying to lose about 30lbs this summer.

My friends have recommended running but its hard for me since I am busty so I prefer walking.

To be honest Im sorta motivated and im trying to get motivated, but what is holding me back is where do I start?

I have a stomach( always had even when I was little I was very skinny and made fun of and called anorexic but I always had a big stomach) My mom tells me its my curved spine that protrudes my stomach. So im trying to get rid of that.

As I got older I started to gain weight (healthy weight my Dr. recommended) but now i fell "Fat"

I mostly want to tone my body and lose weight.

I cut out junk food, fast food, soda, and i recently cut out pizza (Im a pizza lover)

Im now trying to figure out what I should eat.(for example breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks) I usually eat every 4 hours because If i dont my stomach ends up hurting really bad and i get really bad gas pains. If i dont eat on time im usually miserable and complaining about stomach pain :( Even after I eat my stomach still hurts.

So during my journey I dont want to starve. I want to eat healthy, lose weight, tighten my tummy and feel great!

Sooo... Where do I start?

Track your food and eat at a deficit consistent with your goals--although 30 pounds in a summer is a bit of a reach. Trying for slower weight loss, like a pound a week, will leave you with more energy and is easier to stick to. As long as you're hitting your macros (that is, eating at least your goal in protein and fat--reaching your carb goal is less important for most people), you don't have to change what you eat significantly, although upping fruit and veggies is always a good idea. And giving up things you love leads to feelings of deprivation, which for many people results in binges or giving up completely. You love pizza? Figure out how to fit it into your life.

As far as exercise goes, invest in a good sports bra and find something you love to do. Then do it, regularly. If you want to run, run. Plenty of busty women manage just fine once they get proper support.

    Best of luck!
