  • I hope its ok if I jump on board late to this challenge! I'm new to MFP and new to being lapbanded (Banded 4/24/13) I was just cleared for exercise and I'd like to keep some loss momentum going. Starting weight - 240.6 July 4 Goal weight - 230.6 Personal goal - 5 days exercise/ 30 min each day
