Hand cycle for some kinda CV, depending on location and severity try some swimming. When you're going through rehab try cross trainer (elliptical trainer) and rower. Best bit of advice- if it hurts stop, and always consult a rehab specialist or physio!

Im always around to motivate and hype up a good gym session! Also - Does anyone know an easy way to set up digital scales? Apparently I weigh differently depending on which corner of the room I'm in!

But none the less true! The hardest battle (and easiest win) is getting the routine and just doing something - keep it up! Results aren't instant, and to be honest you want to earn the results, it's called pride for a reason! My only bit of original advice would be don't sacrifice form over anything else.
