Was never a runner in the past. I joined a walk/run program offered for women in my area during the summer (July 2013). It culminated with a graduation 5k where I walk/ran it in 38:13. The next week I ran 50 minutes non-step for the first time! I felt very good about myself for that accomplishment, especially as I did not…

This is what has been happening to me! I run 4.5 miles twice a week and after about an hour post exercise I am so tired. I will sleep like for 4 hours wrecking the rest of my day! I air dry mine, then when I have an adequate load, soak them with liquid detergent, baking soda and oxyclean for about 30 minutes. Afterwards I wash them in cold on a normal cycle. Haven't had any issues thus far, thank goodness.

I have this question as well. I'm not ready to go commando just yet, and would be interested to know what type of underwear others wear when working out. I would like some comfortable one and wonder if they have any with moisture wicking fabric as well.
