Ok I just went in and changed my settings. I kind of wish this was a private group but I understand. I was a member of a photo challenge that was private and that was nice because we had to post our "befores" and I know a lot of us probably would not have participated if it were open. This is obviously different. :wink:

So far only a couple of people have noticed enough to say anything. These are people who weren't aware that I was trying to lose. French vanilla Stevia drops. Good just like that or like others have said add your fruit, etc. I like my fruit frozen or partially frozen and if I can afford the calories/fat I love mixing almonds into it too and making it all chunky and chewable.

Half and Half. If I want sweet/flavoring I dribble a little Torani sugar free syrup in. It doesn't take much. Current faves are French Vanilla and Chocolate Macadamia Nut but there are lots of other flavors.

If I'm making tacos I boil my hamburger, rinse it, dice it up, add spices and steam any excess moisture from it. I like it because it's nice and moist and spicy. I don't worry about trying to make it lean for logging purposes but I admit I don't miss the fat at all. Obviously I don't do that for any other hamburger recipe…
