I just met with my registered dietitian yesterday and the day 3 meal plan was for 2 eggs or 1/2 cup of egg substitute. . I told her I was an egg lover and she said that is ok because they are a filling protein, but in moderation.

giving up soda again. I did nearly 6 months with no soda and started it again...Now time to give it up!

Love this idea. If you can, skip the fries and eat a salad with little dressing. Keep up the positive attitude. I know it is hard when family has the influence... stand up for yourself and say you can't tolerate the fried foods.

I have pcos and don't take bcp's. I do believe it takes longer for pcos'ers to lose, but you can do it.

don't be so hard on yourself. Make a goal to do better tomorrow if it is too late in the evening to tonight. Some days are hard, but know that you have a later meal or exercise to help correct it, even if it is the next days plan.

I hope you can get out of there with no problems in the next two weeks. Congrats on taking a new job. Jobs are hard to find in the economy and not having one lined up if you quit could be harmful for the economic future. I hope you can walk away from their wrong doings and march right into a very nice job. Good luck

drop the soda I recently picked up drinking again. Add in 3 days of cardio. (my nearly 4 yr old loves to join in with me) LOG LOG LOG LOG my food, water and my glucose numbers. I promised my doc I would log my glucose numbers for a month.

Don 't be so hard on yourself. I truly believe that the slower the weight loss, the longer you have a good chance of getting to a maintenance weight and keeping it off. Way to go! What a way to really feel the weight coming off. Last night I tried on a pair of jeans that were a 20 instead of my normal 22 and the 20's were loose too. :) Keep up the great work.

Amen to that! MFP has been a great outlet for me too. I wish I had more time to post, but even if I have a few minutes to log in and read, it helps keep a smile going on my face. WTG on your weight loss too!

I love this. I was one of those people that was a sugar-holic and now I can say that eating veggies over a sweet is a very nice treat for me!
