I am getting ready to try these. http://tinyurl.com/7cagm2t baked oatmeal to go. WW's friendly gluten free low sugar. :) I'll reply when I do have them done. If my friend tried then and liked them, I bet I will too. She has lost a bunch of weight on WW 's so I trust what she posts recipes to.

This is something a friend suggested. For dinners: Take 30 note cards, put a different meal on each of them (try to incorporate new meals you have not tried, but are on the healthier range).
