I found a tae bo dvd at walmart recently it is called Billy Banks This Is Tae Bo! When I first stared I only lasted 25 minutes but it only took a couple times of doing it to go through the whole workout! I can really feel itall through my body after doing the dvd!

This week I am going to continue my tae bo at least 3 times per week and take the boys to the library after school today and find something new!

Ok I already posted yesterday weighed in at 139.4 and have exercised 4 times this week! I would like to change my goal weight to 121 on 6/9/2011! That is my anniversary! Hope everyone has had a wonderful week!

I weighed in this morning at 139.4! Not a big loss but better than nothing! I exercised 3 time this week but plan to exercise today and tomorrow since I took of Wednesday and Thursday for worki.g out!! Hope everyone has had a great week!

I often think the same thing when I go on my shopping trips every two weeks! I don't log it just because I talk myself into taking a day off when I really just need to get up and move more!!

I am so happy for this post! I have been much happier in my life all around since I started my healthier lifestyle 55 days ago! My husband has been great and supportive and compliments the changes in my body! LIFE IS GREAT AND IS GETTING BETTER!!

I love the spread sheet!! I am 5'4, I gained my weight from my pregnancies with my boys and just haven't put the effort in to lose it over the last 5 years! So here I am getti.g on the right track! I would love to be 110-115 lbs so thatis what I am working toward!!

Welcome to MFP!! This is a great site with so many supportive people! I just started Tae Bo and also use Leslie Sansone walking videos, they are great! Once it gets warmer outside I will be walking/jogging 5 miles at least 3 times per week!! Good luck, you will do great!!
