I have been a great if time slacker so I am starting this new month on a better foot! I am starting tomorrow I have a doctors appointment for my back! After that I plan on eating better and exercising at least walking till I can do more without this back pain!

CW:131 I am not doing very well since starting this challenge! Grrrrr, right now I am nursing a work related back injury, I hurt my back right before my vacation and have now been back to work on full duty for a week! The dr. said he can scale it back if necessary but I am just working through it! I do ok with pain at work…

So this week has been awful for diet and exercise! I currently have my monthly visitor and a minor back I jury! Still no excuse for not eating right! Sorry for no weigh in this last week! My family was in town and to be honest I have had no motivation for the last 3 weeks! I can give so many different excuses, but none are really good! CW as of 7/10/2011 is 130.4 no change! Congrats to all the losers this week!!

LAST WEEK: 133.6 CW: 131.8 I am so far from my goal, but totally ok with it! By the end of our next challenge I should hit my goal for this challenge he!
