I'm not sure if it's something that can be "taught." I think it just kinda comes to you. Open your mind and find that one thing you love doing and before you know it, you're going to miss doing it on the days you're sick or something!

Yes!! There is a chick at my gym who does the exact same thing. Except she's on the treadmil, the same one, every day. Hair done, face on, skimpy outfit. She'll run for a minute, stop, fix her hair and make up, then continue. and ALL the guys always stop and chit chat with her.

You can work your chest muscles, but it'll do nothing for the size/shape of your breasts. I'm planning on getting one done when I reach my goal. The risks do scare me, but I know so many women that have had it done for years and so far no problems.

You want to at least give your body one full day of rest. I work out 5-6 times a week depending on my schedule.
