Stop drinking so often. I stopped drinking during the week and I'll have a beer or so on the weekends. Once every few months I'll let loose and that's when I usually go get a big fat juicy burger too. lol

Wow..some of these respones...anyways, I only count WATER as water. Everything else I drink gets logged under "snacks" because I typically don't drink anything but water.

Keep going. Mine was slow at first too. I haven't lost much in inches, but the scale eventually followed. It's taken me almost a year to drop 40 lbs and I've only gone down one size. And yes, don't just look at your calories, be sure to pay attention to sugars, carbs, protein, fiber, etc...AND drink water!!
