No. I have a few friends that have and we're still friends. It all depends on way too much. If they were being very untrustworthy to me, then yes, they'd be gone.

I found it by searching for a calorie app on my phone one day. I've gotten my sister, cousin, aunt, and another cousin on here, but NONE of them have followed through. My sister does okay. But for the most part, they never log on.

I'm finally starting to see a difference in the mirror almost daily and I like what I see! I am really happy where I'm at now, and excited to see how much happier I'll be when I get to my goal.

Yeah...I started in a size 16, I've lost 30 lbs so far and I'm still in a 16...still waiting...lol!

I hate buying clothes. I've lost 30 lbs so far and have not bought anything, given my clothes still fit fine. They're lose, but doable. When I hit 40 lbs lose, I might go buy a few new things, but really, I'm just going to wait til my clothes are literally falling off me and I have no choice but to go buy new clothes.

They won't go away, but they will fade. I can barely see some of mine and I still have more than half way to go to my goal weight. I say accept your "scars" for what it is and love your body.

I have to agree and I'm excited to see the show on it. I have cheat days, seldomly, but I have em and so far it has been working for me!! Plus, I find that most the time when you're craving something, if you don't allow yourself to have a portion of it, you're going to binge!

Elliptical Arc Trainer Planks Sit ups Push ups Tricep Dips Squats Running up and down the stairs And all sorts of different things with weights.. I do cardio and weight training m/w/f and strictly cardio on sun/tues/thurs and rest on sat.

I have a thyroid problem and sometimes it screws with my calcium. My body knows when it's needed and I'll start craving milk. In general, I probably have a cup of milk once a week.

I have no thyroid and take synthroid. Make sure your dr checks everything, not just your TSH.

I know EXACTLY what I'm doing when I'm drinking. Even if I start spinning and blacking out, I still know and I still recall EVERYTHING the next day. But I can't speak for everyone. It's really hard when your husband isn't a sweet person until the girl scout cookies come around and he buys 10 boxes at once. He'll sit and eat half a box in one sitting. :-/

For me, my husband, and 3 kids we pay $99 a month for the whole gym and we can go to the other ones that are in the area.

lol Well since I was a teenager when I got mine and it hasn't been updated since, it says 145. I was 20 lbs more at the time I got mine. I am way over it now, obviously lol!
