  • I have the FT4 as well. I wear it for my cardio and strength training, no problems at all.
  • Right on the money!!
  • tricep dips, i forget what this is called but lift the weight behind you, and you can never go wrong with push ups.
  • I use a whey protein isolate powder. I get the vanilla kind and I make it after I do weights. I mix it with 1 cup of O.J., 1 cup of ice, 1 small container of strawberry yogurt, and 1 banana. If I'm in a hurry after my work outs and can't do the shake, I grab muscle milk chocolate.
  • You sound like me!! From what I've heard it's not as hard as people think. I'm signed up to do it in October and even though I'm a little scared. I plan on trying my best and if there's an obstacle my body is refusing to do, then I'll move on. No matter how long it takes me to finish, I can't wait to have that feeling of…
  • Tough mudder I would definetly not do until you are capable of doing it. Warrior Dash, you COULD so do right now. It's not as hard as it seems. I've never done it, but I'm doing it for the first time this year and from what I've heard many many unfit people do it.
  • Same exact thing! I just threw away my dial scale. I HATED it. Too hard to read, would have to bend down which yeah obviously moves the pointer, but I couldn't see what line the pointer was on! And I just bought that same exact scale but from Amazon and I love it!
  • We eat fish once a week and sushi once a month. LOVE sushi.
  • I've been vigorously at this for over a month now and my scale hasn't moved much so I JUST bought a measuring tape so I can start using that. I plan on only using it once a month though.
  • I think your legs are sexy. I'm 5'9" and my legs are long but chunky LMAO. My goal is to have Carrie Underwood's legs.

  • I try to work out 6 days a week twice a day. For the most part I make it, but I do have days where I can't make the second work out or weekends where I'm so busy I don't get time to go hit up the gym. So sometimes I have 1 day of rest and sometimes 2 days.
  • I think too skinny is disgusting. But skinny and toned is hot. My husband prefers toned and curvy. So basically he wants to make sure I tone myself up while also losing all my fat and keep my *kitten* and just firm it up LOL. Which is what I want too!
  • My mouth just dropped when I read "10-15 whole eggs per day" Good for you!!! I can't seem to get myself to eat just one a day.
  • LOL!!! So true, but oh so good!
  • We have chickens!! In my family we eat a lot of eggs. The whole thing and it hasn't harmed us at all. My husband and kids eat them more than I do (which I need to change that) but anyways it hasn't harmed them at all. They are very active and I myself am trying to work my way up to being as active as them so I can keep up…
  • When I started noticing that I couldn't look at myself in the mirror. I started to relate to my bigger friends who would complain about their arms and thighs, etc...I never understood why they hated those areas until I found myself standing there thinking the same thing. I used to be someone who loved mirrors and wanted…
  • Droid for sure!!
  • I have worn mine all day just out of curiousity. But I only log actual exercise calories. Never the every day stuff cause to me, it doesn't count.
  • Mine averages 80. Just now it was 78.
  • whey protein isolate. I get the kind from costco and I get vanilla.
  • Same here. A fit's just barely, totally uncomfortable..and then a B fits more comfortable but still uncomfy at the same time cause my boobs don't fill the whole bra.
  • Totally!! My dr told me because of having the thyroid problem, a "normal" person that can do 60 minutes of cardio, I need to do 90 minutes to achieve those same results!!
  • You should come join me for the 9/11 5k. :-) I wouldn't mind doing the relay for life and march of dimes, but those already happened I think.
  • Why's it matter how she's raising her kids?? That's not what this is about. If you keep something from kids, it could hinder them when they're older and they start running around hiding from their parents and binging on such things as chips and then start getting fat. Things are good in moderation. My husband likes the…

  • I'm interested to see the answers to this as I have the same problem. Even if I eat a healthy snack, the calories add on quick! And I too have the problem of eating when bored...

  • I'm working with a personal trainer and he has me doing cardio 5 days a week and strength training 3 days a week. We do cardio first and then the strength training, working every part of the body. Take a break the next day only doing cardio and then the next day do cardio and strength and continue on...or you can do cardio…
  • It really honestly depends on the person and the location of the tattoo. Some people can get away with nothing happening to theirs, others not so much. I have tattoos and have been up and down in my weight and they haven't changed. As long as you lose the weight slowly, they most likely won't be damaged. If you lose it…
  • Yes!! My friend who had small boobs to begin with, now has none and I know that's how I'm going to be. Thank goodness I already have plans for a boob job.
  • Show her. My mom wasn't proud of me when I got mine done, but she finally accepted it eventually. She's your mom, she won't disown you. Just tell her and try not to show it off infront of her until she's comfortable with it.
