Name - Chanmartin Weigh in - Monday Last week - 198.9 This week - 201.5 Ugh. I’ve been awful about tracking and checking in since our out of town trip and it shows. Need to get back on track , but this is how the scales have worked the past several months - back and forth with the same few pounds.

Daily Check - Monday Had a great trip to see the family this weekend - didn’t eat awful, but no tracking was done :( Tracking - no Calories - maybe as there was a loss Water - did drink more of that. Exercise - no. A lot of sitting in the car Goals - trying to start this new week and keep that loss as a loss

Check in for Wednesday Track - yes Calories - no Exercise - hit my step goal but no exercise Day - busy night with spirts pictures at school and a team end of season party. Tonight it’s packing for the trip so another crazy day.

Exercise- no Water - not near what I should be Days - had a Boss’s Day celebration at work yesterday so ate too many sweets which is not what I needed to do. Daily check in for Sunday - Track - mostly Calories- over Exercise - no Day - I was super tired all day and just never felt real great. Woke up tired today but hope that by drinking more water and better choices I’ll feel better.

Daily check in for Tuesday Track - yes Calories - nope Exercise - no Day challenges - yesterday was my birthday do between the cake at work and food at the soccer stadium (with a beer to celebrate) I wasn’t close to the calorie goal. Good news - today is a new day and so us tomorrow. Oh - and the soccer team won!

Check in for Monday Track - yep Calories - nope Exercise - nope Challenges - totally firgotvto pull stuff out for dinner so had to improvise something fast to go which is never good. Had our first puppy class which went well. Dinner tonight will be at the soccer stadium so need to eat lighter today.

I’m learning about the calories and it is a challenge - but I’ll figure it out... Saturday (today) will be a busy day, but fun - I get to work a dance at my sons school :)

Daily Check - Thursday Tracking - Yes Calories- no, but not over by much for the most part Exercise - no Yesterday- felt yucky all day - very tired and a headache. Took my daughter to cheer at the football game and felt a little better after. Course then it was nearly bedtime! Here’s to a better day today!
