Anyone that can run more than a mile has my utmost respect! You look great!

Has kids. Is fun (red hair, duh!), likes wine. :)

That is amazing!!! Love it!!! I've got 5! They're all quotes/lyrics I live by.

Yay short people!!! I am 5'2...ish. :) I am currently at the heaviest I've been since I was in high school and I'm 22 now. BUT I feel great! You probably just seriously laughed at me.... I've had weight problems ever since my depression started in full swing and by weight problems I mean eating disorder. The smallest I…

You just really made it sound like you hadn't read I was going to be in West Africa. The whole "home" part is what really threw me. :)
-
When I did it, I logged it as 20 minutes of circuit training as well. :)
-
That's amazing! Thanks!

I don't think I've seen these. I'll have to look! I'm game for anything with multiple flavors!

I think the Peace Corps gives me a few. And then I'm supposed to rely on my filtration system. I'm going to look into though. Because it would be really nice to be able to do that on the go!
-
You clearly haven't read any of this post either. :)

I have to get it from a watering hole, and then filter it and boil it. So it can be done. Just more work than usual. :) Bars are seriously tempting, though! I was going to bring some snack ones anyway, like Nature Valley or whatever, so maybe I'll just throw in some protein bars, too?
-
That sounds like a really good idea for while I'm still in the states AND I could bring it to work! Thanks bunches!!!
-
Awesome!!! Thanks so much! I'm definitely going to check out bodybuilding.com!

I love anything to do with Jillian Michaels. I can't really say anything about the weight loss because even though I do her workouts, I'm not trying to lose weight. Therefore, I haven't. :) But they're really great workouts! I started with 30 Day Shred and now I'm on Ripped in 30. I have lost some inches, though!

JeffseekingV: I'm actually really excited! I'm going to Burkina Faso. No Ebola, but they just had a huge revolution and overthrew their president. ;) So, powder. Ok I can work with that! :) Any suggestions of where or what kind?
-
Thanks! I'm moving to West Africa. If I find good powder/shake/bar now, it would be really great. Might be able to take some with me.

Haha. It's pretty easy for me to see that most people don't READ before they post! Please see my above comment about the fact that I'm leaving the country and a blender will be pointless! It is NOT an option! Where I'm going, there isn't even electricity. :)
-
This was super helpful! Thank you! I'm definitely not getting enough protein and I want to try and change that but can't necessarily always EAT more protein. I'm trying to get in the habit of shakes/powders because where I'm going, I'm going to need to be innovative on where I can get my protein. (No refrigeration, no…

I went cold turkey and gained ten pounds! But I love the way I feel now that I've quit! If you're like me, it also helps to keep your hands busy. I put on a necklace and anytime I got a craving, I just messed around with it with my hands. Everyone is different. You can do it!

The reason I don't own a blender is not price. I just recently started working out and being healthier. Buyer a blender at this point for me would be pointless because it will just be another thing I have to move out of my apartment and store when I leave for the Peace Corps.

I haven't tried T25 but I did finish 30 Day Shred and I'm on Ripped in 30 right now. I like Ripped in 30 loads better than 30DS. I got so bored with 30 Day Shred by level 3 because I kept getting used to the workouts. Ripped in 30 always keeps me guessing. By the time you get used to the workout, it's on to the next level.…

I'm definitely trying to stick more with the shake option for breakfast.

You look fabulous (not crazy :))

Great work, Steve! I saw your questions and it made me think of the post below. On the first page he talks about what he did to help with the loose skin. Hope it helps! http://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/discussion/1276219/i-went-from-morbidly-obese-to-6-pack-abs-ask-me-anything/p1

Way more than I've lost and I've been trying for longer! Keep up the great work!

I don't have pictures yet, except for the below where I got really exciting because I'm seeing some definition in my abs. Anyway....I'm 22. 5'1. I started on 09/17/2014 at 135lbs. I'm now on day 12 (Level 2, day 2). I was very active in high school but not active at all in college. The funny thing is, I was the skinniest…
