I've done the MOSSA Fight twice now. I don't want to move on to the second part until I can stop walking the down to the floor exercise. I also tried MOSSA Groove and really liked it! I'm currently looking for a resistance band workout.

LOVE it so far (Just figured out how to get to all the classes this week lol). I've only done MOSSA Fight 1 and MOSSA Groove 1. I was surprised the Groove actually raised my HR past where Fight did. However, I think the first half of Groove was much easier than Fight. Does anyone know if there are Resistance Band workouts…

I can't help with pictures as I have just started as well. I tried the MOSSA Fight first and loved it, but then I found MOSSA Groove and love it even more! Recently I purchased a set of resistance bands so tonight I plan on finding a workout to use those with.

Wow! That's awesome! I just got home and attempted to set up my sessions but the front desk lady was not helpful at all! I started to set up a time but remembered I will be out of town. She rolled her eyes, and I told her I'll just set it up when I come back.

Two things for me. One, I went to Old Navy for their active wear sale and found that I wear a smaller size than expected :) And 2, I'm proud that my husband and I went to the grocery store and stuck with our healthy food shopping list!

Thank you all :) I've tried many different running shoes! I have Nike's currently, but have also had Asic Gels, Reebok, Brooks Ghosts. I guess I'll have to go to a running store today and try again!
