Steel-cut oatmeal. You can make it savory or sweet, depending on your taste.

I drink skim milk. A lot. I've tried some of the substitutes, but I didn't like any of them. Who dat!

You might try mixing mayonnaise with non-fat plain yogurt (1:1). I like it more than any of the "lite" mayonnaises.

If you can, a session with a personal trainer for an initial evaluation and to set up a beginning workout would probably be a good idea.
