Season them?

Cost and space are all valid considerations, but the most important one is "Will I really work out at home?" It doesn't matter how much you save or how convenient it is if you won't actually DO it. For me, the answer is "No." There are too many distractions at home.

Well, no, not without seeing both the original recipe and what you have entered in MFP. However, seems like there is some error, either in the original recipe's numbers, or in your entry.

I read.

It's not cheating, and this person is/was not your friend. Let it go and move on.

Bald is immaterial, as long as he owns it. However, many women do like a man who can spell and use punctuation.

Two different things. Two different functions. I have, and use, both.

I think your sour cream was bad. I have used fat-free sour cream before, and it did not look like that. I didn't like it, but it definitely didn't look like what you described.

Not everyone is a morning person. I tried to go to the gym in the mornings, but it just didn't work for me. I go after work, and on my days off.

Just do it. No one is looking at you - they have their own workouts to pay attention to.

I don't understand, either. Eating them would seem the obvious answer.

For a woman, 5' 5" is not considered "petite" in the United States - In fact, it's at or slightly above average height, depending on age and ethnicity.

I always go by my HRM (Polar FT7). It's consistently lower than all the cardio machines at my gym, and is much lower than MFP's numbers.

Way too many variables here. Height, weight, body type, the cut of the garment in question. Don't get hung up on a number on a tag.
-
Makes me wonder how it can be called "Omni" with all those "nos".

Very rarely. In fact, only when I have a doctor's visit, or when my trainer does an evaluation at the gym. Weighing at home makes me crazy. I work out regulaly and am feeling great - better every day, in fact. My clothes are getting loose. That's what matters to me.

I recently completed a weight loss & fitness challenge at my health club. We had to log food, exercise, and sleep every day, except, we were required to have one "off" day per week. I found that I didn't want to eat everything that wasn't nailed down on those "off" days, and I was still mentally tracking what I ate, in the…

Spread it on Weetabix. Eat with a glass of cold milk.

Or, you can just cook it in a rice cooker.

Wow. All this angst over a number on a tag that is ENTIRELY ARBITRARY. The sizing "system" for women's clothing varies wildly from one manufacturer to the next (which it's clear many of you know very well). No one but you knows what's on that tag -- if it bothers you, cut it out and throw it away. Don't give it any more…

I just got this model, also. I like it very much.

Oh, yes!

I know from experience that I will not work out at home. It just won't happen. No matter what equipment I might have there. I have to go to the gym. I'm lucky in that I have a great gym that is literally next door to my workplace, but even if I had to go farther, I would still do it.

I'm in.

I like stores which have the machines where it is ground fresh. Whole Foods has one, and one of our local chains. Just peanuts - crunchy or smooth. You do have to stir the oil back in, but I don't really find that to be a hardship.

So maybe we're not "helpless morons" if what works for you doesn't work for us? Just sayin'.
