They probably have a salad bar there? You could make a salad and add chicken or tuna, legumes, humus, etc to add protein and fiber.... Or could you bring a lunch?

I am not sure what sidesteal or Sara suggest but usually you add on an extra 500 calories. If you cut too much your supply may diminish....

yesterday done, today half done.. I did 2 sets this morning and ran out of time and energy so I will do 2 more sets later today.

Thanks! I dont "hate" lifting, just not my favorite gym activity, however I prefer barbell lifting over dumbless or machines. Thanks for any input!

Day 3 beg. done!! At first I only did it twice not realizing that I needed to do 3 sets :noway: ouch! I don't know if its cause of my workout yesterday, but I really felt it in my shoulders!!! and I have a hard time breathing in that position. Did I mention that I hate planks BTW????:tongue:

Day 2 beg. done. What happens if/when we cant hold the plank for as long as we are supposed to?? I cant imagine doing much more than 30 seconds. So how does this work, if we cant hold it as long as we are supposed to?

I usually start my thanksgiving day with a turkey trot or gym workout, which makes me feel better about indulging later in the day.
