I tried eating back exercise calories and I seemed to be gaining, so that was why i asked about fitness plateau. That was why I was thinking I might not be burning as much as I thought, since when I eat more I gain, but not eating exercise cals back I am gaining to! Just a thought, but what if you start your daily logging with whatever you eat at night, then track from evening snack through dinnerr the next day. Then if you notice you are eating too much at night, you can cut back the next day. Nothing saying you have to log breakfast to evening. Maybe if you psychologically know that…

yes. religiously to the gram. And it was working for the first 2 weeks, i lost, then the past 5 weeks nothing. In fact i gained 3 lbs. Everything else is same. Intake/exercise amt.

I have tried everything! I have tried eating macros 40/30/30, paleo, "eating more to lose" low carb, and I have managed to gain 10 lbs in the past year doing all that. I can not imagine increasing muchmore on OHP. I struggle so much with it. Welcome!!! I do these workouts at the gym. I didnt want to invest in all the equiptment for home, and I find I have an easier time getting motivated if I have to leave the house.

Squats: 120 5x5 bench 80, failed. 4x5x3x4x3 This is second week in a row, so now I will go back down to 75 rows 80 5x5 but felt like form was off, so I may deload or stay here till my form is better!

Its been awhile since I read NR but its much more involved and takes alot longer. SL is pretty simple and doesnt deviate from the workout routine. 3 moves one day, three moves another day, repeat with added weight. It doesnt take that long when you first start, so you may finish in 15-20 minutes. NR can take an hour....

I was wondering what that was as well!! I did SL on Tuesday and again tomorrow will go to the gym again. I only do it 2x per week. Sooo tuesday results squats 110 5x5 bench 75 it think, did not do 5x5, 5x5x4x4x3 I did deadlifts instead of row because I missed the deads last week, and I did 110 5x2 (2 sets of five)
