I think that the BMF does not work good at all during strength training. At least mine didnt. If you are in RI, especially on the coast, they usually dont much snow, but it gets pretty cold! Definately if youare here all winter gonna need jacket, boots, hat, scarf, mittens/gloves!!! Try either TJ Max, Marshalls, Burlington Coat Factory for decent jackets/boots. Walmart or Target for gloves!
