thanks! I workout out everyday aleady, running and walking at least 30 min. I cant do coffee or tea anything like that cause it makes me sick :(

I run with my dog, and also from NE. If I let my dog, she would stop every 10 feet, but I give her leash a gentle tug and she keeps moving. I wont stop unless she needs to go to the bathroom. I would recommend going to a store and trying a manual one before you buy one. I had one once and it was horrible. It was very difficult to move. Maybe look on craigslist for a motorized used one???? Good Luck!

yes! I wouldnt be lifting if it wasnt for SL. Just cant motivate myself to do anything more complex! I am back from vaca and hope to get back to SL Friday! I was really hoping for tomorrow, but DH is working overnight so I cant go in the morning before work and same for tomorrow. Hoping I dont have to deload toooo much!

UGH. Bench was no bueno today. Had to deload.
