We are supposed to be six days into Level 3, and although I've skipped a few days here and there, and it hasn't been easy....those hand weights got a little heavy for me on Level 2, I can't wait to see how much improvement I've done after 30 days. The heart rate monitor said 360 in Level 2 as opposed to 175 on Level 1. I wonder what it will be on Level 3!!!

Jillian def kicked my butt with the first day of level 2!!! I easily burned twice the calories in the same 20 minutes!! looking forward to taking my measurements again after the 30 days.....we'll for sure be slimmer!!! ;)
