I also find yoga kind of boring, but I can totally see how many people benefit from it. I am currently doing Pilates, which I love, but not as a workout. I have 10 min DVD I put on after Insanity or Jillian Micheals. It's a great cooldown.

I noticed a difference about 5 lbs lost. I noticed I felt "lighter" and clothes fit better. I am close to 20 lbs lost and see a major difference now (kicking myself for not taking pics weekly). I will mention that I am surprised it's not as noticeable to others as I thought it would be.

Maybe add a stool softener daily or add more fiber? I do have the problem of not eating enough- I am at 1200 calories a day and sometimes have 300+ calories from exercise and do not eat all of it back. I am just not hungry! I am at a loss on that too. How many calories are you eating a day? I had the same problem last year, I was exercising 6x week but not losing weight. Trainer at the gym kept telling me that to ignore the scale and go by how my clothes fit, I was gaining muscle, etc. I GET that, but I was overweight and wanted the scale to go down! I got frustrated…

Same!!!! Had way too much ham, potatoes and sugar! I am dreading logging calories for today. I agree with everyone else... I will start drinking lots of water and eat a light dinner. And get back on track tomorrow!

Love T25! I finished "regular" Insanity workouts last year and have been doing T25 off and on for about 3 months. I mix it up with Jillian Michaels DVD's, going to the gym and Pilates. I have lost 17 lbs since February and give a lot of the the credit to Shaun T. Get great calorie burn with his workouts....I love the Speed…

Hi, I have been counting calories since 2/3, on Fitness Pal counting calories about 2 weeks after that. I am currently eating 1,200 calories a day and have been losing 1-2 lbs a week. Also doing Insanity T25 and Pilates. Feel free to add me as a friend!
