Yup, like others I either do it at 5am, fasted, or I do it AFTER things have all taken care of themselves. :)

I'm using the BodySpace app and currently working through a Jamie Eason program and I love it. I supplement it with running and usually add some cardio to the beginning and end of the work out, but I've lost about 3 inches off my waist so far.

Anything helps. And getting up and moving is certainly better than sitting for an hour.

Mostly BeachBody/Shakeology/other related stuff. I feel like in the past year, that company has just exploded and it seems like EVERYONE is doing it. And, really, I just want to commiserate with other women like me, and not be sold to or have my "friendship" used to make someone money.

A good rule of thumb I've found personally is that if you are exerting yourself, you burn about 100 calories for every 10 minutes. More if you weight more, less if you weigh less. It's important. Something to keep in mind is that 1)they may not be walking as much as you and/or 2)they might be like me and making pit stops at the drinking fountains! :)

I doubt you'll see a significant difference in one or the other. I think the best one is the one you enjoy the most and will STICK WITH! I tend to get lazy with my running in the winter because I HATE running in the dark and cold, so I'm a treadmill girl in winter, but stick with outside running the rest of the year…
