Recs for bluetooth/wireless heaphones for workign out
I'm looking for some wireless headphones for working out, preferably under $50. I would prefer in-ear ones, but am open to anything that will stay on my head while I work out. I do about half weights/lifting and half cardio.

Women who've done the Stronglift 5x5 program?
Looks super interesting but, of course, I'm wondering if it will get me to my goals (leaner, less body fat). Common sense says yes, but it specifically says it's made to gain, and I don't know if I can mentally handle gaining much more. ;)

plan for increasing lifting
I've started focusing more on weights and am following a program that has me lifting 5 days a week, and it's generally arms 3 days and legs 2 days. I'm wondering how rapidly or slowly I should plan on increasing the amount of weight I'm lifting/working with? Should I increase the weight each week? More often? Less often?

starting over again moms?
I'm a 37 year old mom of four. I lost about 50lbs 2 years ago but in the past year I've gained nearly 20 of it back. Ugh. I'm hovering around 160 right now and am a size 10.
