I gained up to 6 lbs my first week! I heard that your body freaks out when you start a new workout/eating plan and so it retains all it can since it basically thinks you're going to die. However, at the end of my first month, I lost it all and am back to the 147 I started at. Things are just firmer haha..

Of course you can do it! It's hard, don't get me wrong, but it's meant to be hard so you'll push harder and improve. Thank you! I started on my knees too for the push ups. I'm not sure how many I can do now. Maybe 6 or 7, definitely not 11.. maybe if I really pushed to my max.

I keep forgetting to drop in here and post! I'm on track, the only day I skipped last week was dynamix -took a rest day instead. Tuesday I was feeling a little demotivated, courtesy of my scale, and so I did both CVX and then the scheduled dynamix, it feel wonderful and got me back in the right mind state. Today is.. well…

Did Synergistics last night and I can't believe I'm already starting week 3! Crazy how fast it's going! Today is day 5 without soda and I'm so ready to kick that habit to the curve! Agility X tonight!

Today is Week 2/Day 7, I was working on call for work and had a 15 hour day yesterday so I had to make up and do the warrior this morning and Dynamix I'm doing as soon as I'm off work tonight in another half hour. Still loving the program, even though there's times I barely make it.

I had an issue with this too, same time everyday. Oh and put on your workout clothes on when you get home. You're more likely to follow through if you're already in your clothes and ready to go! Good luck, the programs great, stick with it!

I love my push-up stands, so much better on the wrists. But they will make sure you're using the right muscles!

30 man push-ups and you can't do a pull-up? Wow, I feel a little hopeless now lol. I can do 3 man push-ups -barely.. but definitely improving each day. The chair does help a lot!
