I am same way. I am a very picky eater..i mean very picky. Half the stuff people name to eat to boost your intake I cant stand. Peanut butter=gross! I don't even like peanuts. I feel a lot stronger than before. I think I can even tell a bit of difference in my bum..could be just hopeful thinking...will find out after the full 30 days.

I am on day 7. I an feel the burn. Also I match each day with squats. I hope to see a difference. I took a before picture so we will soon find out! Al on my rest day I still do 25 squats and 25 crunches just so I don't get lazy!
