I do the low cal / low carb and I like 1/4 cup of fresh strawberries or blueberries with just a tiny topping of whipped cream ( I use the can ) - takes the craving for something sweet away :)

I do the low carbs have been doing it for months now ,, lost almost all my weight by doing it .. when I got stuck I switched to low cal and fat free and then back on low carbs ... seems as though I dont feel right when I take in too many carbs or too much sweets when I cheat .. I dont stay strict for the entire week I do…

I don't do a high carb diet .. I tend to stick to no to low carbs .. I dont eat bread or potatoes , pasta or beans .. they are high in calories and starches ..I also try to avoid sugar .. I have been doing very low carb eating mainly meats , veggies , cheeses & eggs ... I found very creative ways to make dinners without…
