I go to Planet Fitness and can actually understand some people's frustration. My boyfriend doesn't like going there at all. But it works well for me, the weights are within my range, they have a lot of cardio machines and I just avoid the days with pizza and bagels.

I never knew so many people hated oatmeal! I honestly love the Quaker Instant Oatmeal Flavored Packets...Brown Sugar is my favorite. Pour in a bowl, pour in milk, microwave for 1 minute. Delicious. I've never even tried all of these other kinds...I guess I will have to to see what I'm missing!

I know this may seem like too simple of an answer but I recommend chugging water. I keep myself on a pretty strict diet as well and whenever I am feeling like I could eat all day, I just gulp down 16 oz of water and the feeling goes away. I would recommend Yoplait's flavored Greek Yogurt! It has much better consistency than a lot of the other brands :)
