I loved Insanity - Shaun T is (for whatever reason) a great personality fit for me. But now I just can't make an hour fit every day. So I tried Insanity Max 30 and I LOVE it. I get the same amount of work in 30 minutes (and buckets of sweat). If you're looking to save time, I recommend it.

This. I already wake up super early to get myself and the baby out the door on time for work. So after she goes to bed, I dutifully go down to the basement and workout. Actually, if I push myself hard, then I find it easier to get to sleep because I've tired myself out so much. Not as much tossing and turning. Now that we…

Love Insanity Max 30. Only 30 min, no equipment needed, and I can work up an awesome sweat. Good luck!

Yes - I remember this feeling. And not having to let the seat belt out all the way!

Amazing job!

Amazing job! Congrats!

On my more difficult days, I take a look at a pair of pants I wore at my heaviest or a picture of me at that weight. Then I have a good reminder of why I kicked my butt into gear. Sometimes the visual helps.

I can't keep them in the house. My husband does, and I've asked that he keep them in a different place (not in the pantry). It's tough though around holidays. When I do REALLY crave something sweet at night, I CANNOT just sit down with the container. That is a recipe for eating the whole thing before I even blink. But if I…

I want to do my workouts without any modifications! I'm almost there, but still do pushups on my knees most of the time. I want to feel strong and confident!

Definitely not alone. I have struggled with depression for a long time. Had a really bad time of it after my daughter was born. I was on meds ( still am) but still couldn't even crack the surface. But as much as I didn't want to get up (even out of bed - let alone exercise), I started to. A little. And it's helped so much.…

Wow wow wow! Amazing job!

You look fantastic!

Great job! It takes a lot of work to remake lifestyle habits. Keep it up!

Amazing!

Do what you need to do! I'm in roughly the same boat as you - my loss has gotten to the point where people have really noticing. And now I get "OMG - you're just wasting away now! Too much!" And no, I'm really not. I smile and change the subject usually. Then later roll my eyes to myself about it. Silly how people feel the…

I get rid of mine as soon as they don't. It's a really fun NSV for me, and even visually making more room in my closet gets me excited that soon I'll be able to replace them with newer, smaller clothes.

I happen to like *some* of the Beachbody workouts. Shaun T happens to be a good personality fit for me, and I've kept Insanity Max 30 on regular rotation. But yes, all the ads for Shakeology and their other supplements get old.

We are TTC with #2! I'm finally at a much better point than I even was before getting pregnant the first time, and am eager to keep on getting healthier. Feel free to add me!

Hey ladies! I've done the original Insanity before, but I've been doing Insanity Max 30 for about 4 months now. Love, love, LOVE Shaun T. I've gotten so much stronger!

Hey all! We are TTC with #2. I'd love to join you all. I've finally lost the weight from having my daughter (she's 1.5) but am trying to lose more and be as healthy as I can so that I avoid the health issues I had during my first pregnancy. Feel free to add me!

I agree with everyone who's mentioned setting smaller goals. That took me a while to really figure out. But it feels *so* good to hit one of my little goals - and when I step back, it really does feel like I'm a lot closer to my overall goal. I've been on this weight loss journey before. The problem is that I'm my own…

Congrats on the baby! In a similar place as you are - I had my first about a year ago, and I'm finally trying to buckle down to lose the weight I gained in pregnancy (plus more to just get to a healthier place). You can do this! Feel free to add me if you'd like.

Non-scale victory: not letting a business lunch meeting completely ruin my day!

I just joined two days ago. :) Started my fix on Monday. Welcome!

Same here. Sometimes even following the modifier is really tough. Other times, I can keep up with everyone else. It all depends on the move.

The weekend is always hard for me as well. It seems that someone is always celebrating something.

Hi all, I'm Krissy. I love Autumn's workouts and used them to trim down several years ago. Now after a move, a job change and a baby, I have a lot of weight to lose. I started yesterday and am looking forward to having some accountability buddies. Hard work, but worth it. Besides losing weight, I'm trying to kick the diet…

I use a fitbit flex, and it doesn't always log my activity accurately if I'm doing something where my arms don't swing (like pushups, etc.) so I rely on my heart rate monitor to log my exercise when I want to know my accurate calories burned. Otherwise, I love the fitbit.
