I think thats part of why I am feeling down. There are some that no matter how hard I try I can't even do halfway. Like the "superman" one and then the ab part of circuit 3....just can not get them done no matter how hard I try.

I would pay some mind to your net,yes. It looks like your working out a fair amount but not refueliing your body for the amount of work youre putting in. Judging from your diary you seem to be scraping by on tbe bare minimums and that works for a while but you'll play out sooner or later. Are you hungry throughout the day?

First, i think those numbers are great and you really shouldnt try to lose much more than that a week but i peeked at your diary and have you considered eating more? Looks to me like youre having way too many leftover calories from a quick glance. You need to fuel your body so it can work for you :)

BTW, depending on your weight now, body type etc. If you're exclusively breastfeeding you need to be at or above 2000 for now. I wouldn't go below 2000 at all and would suggest even a tad higher. Your body needs the calories to make the milk :)

I always get confused with the "net" calories. I am supposed to eat about 1640 a day then I factor in the 210 or so I get from exercise so I'm at about 1850 with that.
