If you have time to be on Facebook. You have time to workout
If you have time to be on Facebook. You have time to workout. Saw this on my feed today from a friend and it is so true. So many times I hear the same old "oh, but there is just no time in my day" posts on FB, on here and the above statement hit the nail on the head :)

How much of a loss do YOU see? Take 2 ;)
I ran into all sorts of photo issues with my original post so here it is again and working right...I hope! I reached my initial goal of 150lbs...I am 5'8. Now I am thinking of trying for 140. Not convinced I see a huge difference though...thoughts? I started at 190 for those interested and am now 149-151 depending on the…

How much of a loss do YOU see?
I reached my initial goal of 150lbs...I am 5'8. Now I am thinking of trying for 140. Not convinced I see a huge difference though...thoughts? I started at 190 for those interested and am now 149-151 depending on the day. I think my fear is even if I get down to 110lbs I would still see myself as fat and huge. I know it is…

Last 10lbs
So I reached my initial goal of 150lbs about 6-8 weeks ago and have since tapered off with the heavy exercise and have continued to maintain very well (149-151lbs). I'm now considering going for a goal of 140lbs. I am 5'8 and haven't been 140 since elementary school. I hear from a lot of people that this last 10 can be…

how many calories do YOU eat each day
Figured this would be interesting even though everyone is different. How many calories do you eat a day? Post your height current and goal weight and estimated activity. Maybe this will be helpful for everyone thinking " wow, thats too many calories".

30 Day Shred Level 3....feeling down
So I just moved on to 30DS level 3 this morning and it was....well a total flop! Level 1 was was good, I did fine. Level 2 was more intense but I really enjoyed it and did well but level 3 leaves me feeling like a fish out of water and a total failure. I couldn't do a good 80% of the moves and my "attempts" were pathetic.…

Semi flat when standing pouch when sitting
Anyone have this issue? When I'm standing I have that little pouch in the tummy or a lower case "b" and while I don't like it, it isn't awful but then when I sit or am driving etc. it turns into a pouch and sticks out. Am I alone here? Does it eventually go away?

How to log 30 Day Shred in Exercise
How do you guys log it? Aerobic exercise for 25 minutes? I don't see an option for it on the drop down menu and I'm not using a HRM to can't enter my values manually. I know there is probably an easy answer to this!
