I am trying to get started with the NROLFW but I am soooooo confused on how to start. I know I am probably over thinking this and it should be easy but I am to the point of tears because I just do not get it. Do I chose my own exercises from the book? Any specific order how does workout A/B work....sigh....someone, anyone knock some sense in me and make me see this isn't that complicated to get! I need to make a schedule to start stage 1.

it's ok ,... breath in and RELEASE.

    you alternate workouts A and B. so if you're working out 3 days a week it's A, B,A then the next week B, A,B.

within each workout some of the exercises you superset. so for workout A you do all your sets of squats. then you alternate sets of pushups and seated rows. then you alternate sets of step ups and jackknifes.

    What she said.

When I was reading through the book I thought it was kind of confusing too. When you go to do it, it will make more sense. Take your book with you so you can refer to it.

    Good Luck!

You will get good results even if you don't do everything exactly the way the author envisioned. So don't sweat the small stuff :) Just go for it and enjoy your work outs.
