How to log 30 Day Shred in Exercise

How do you guys log it? Aerobic exercise for 25 minutes? I don't see an option for it on the drop down menu and I'm not using a HRM to can't enter my values manually. I know there is probably an easy answer to this!

I think most people log 30 Day Shred under General Circuit Training.0

yes circuit training... i burn anywhere between 168-220 depending on the level.0
