I'm somewhere between a pear and hourglass. I personally like skinny jeans because they're super versatile. During the summer I can roll them a few times to make them look like capris and wear them with gladiator sandals.

I would get some friends together to do it with you as well. It's way more fun that way, and a whole lot easier if you have some help getting up and over some things.

there is generally a place to check all of your belongings. I generally up my cardio before I do a mud run. Also: have fun! they are an absolute blast

I would just set your activity levels to reflect that and only log additional exercise.

I am a vegetarian and I have never had that much trouble going to any kind of restaurant......I feel like you are blowing this situation way out of proportion.

I feel like your husband might not ever outright comment on your actual weight loss. In men's minds that is a recipe for disaster. i usually put my kettle bell workout as a combination of calisthenics and strength training under cardio.

absoluetly all of those things can result in weight gain. I'm always several pounds heavier leading up to and during my period. Additionally, not drinking enough water while also eating higher sodium foods can make you hold on to water weight, making it probably a superficial weight gain

I was a lifeguard from 15 to 18 during the summer and tutored low income kids during the school year.

My boyfriend, who loves me any way I look, expressed that he was a little afraid that I might find someone else once I hit my goal. What he doesn't know is that half the reason I want to lose weight and better myself is so he will continue to find me attractive.

I would go back to vegetarian before jumping right in to veganism. That was my big mistake. I went from eating everything to veganism in one day. It worked for a few months but I ultimately realized that i needed to scale it back to vegetarianism before I was ready to fully commit to a vegan lifestyle. i work towards it…

I'm doing san diego in november. I've got 4 of my friends, 3 of them guys luckily, doing it with me. I feel like I'll be in the same boat as you. I'm fairly short so i always have a hard time with walls, even with help. The one thing I am absolutely not looking forward to is the electroshock therapy.

I carry Luna bars and apples with me everywhere. They have plenty of calories to sustain you for a couple of hours.

I generally do three layers. the sports bra, a spaghetti strap with the shelf bra lining, and then whatever shirt I am wearing that day. Generally holds mine in place nicely.

Honestly I would just do the C25K. The beauty of that kind of plan is that you are free to repeat runs as needed until you feel comfortable moving on to the next one. I loved doing it.

I feel like anyone who says they dn't like them and haven't eaten them in years and years wasn't eating them correctly. I hated them growing up because they were those boiled kind. Now that i'm a chef I can name 101 better ways to eat them. I had them roasted with Egyptian spices for dinner tonight.

I like doing sparkling water with a slice of lemon when I am really craving a soda. I quit drinking soda 16 months ago and still get cravings for a coke.

I do my darndest to not eat fake meat. I figure whats the point of being vegetarian if i'm just eating something that replicates meat. Plus I find it gross. If i get desperate enough I might take you up on this advice.
