I do all of the above and my grocery bill is STILL expensive. I think food is just expensive these days unfortunately

my favorite way to make veggies is roast them. I put them on a baking sheet, drizzle olive oil salt and pepper and roast in the oven for about 15 min. LOVE IT

I was JUST getting ready to ask everyone what they are having for lunch today as I am at a loss too and have been searching on-line for the last hour and nothing sounds good. BUT thx for the tuna-fish sandwich idea. Im going to walk to the store now :smile:

I dont buy a lot of their products but I do have some of their crackers in my cupboard and no I do not have the time nor the desire to make my own crackers so im wondering what the best crackers would be to buy

shoot. well i just use the video of you tube so have never read the cover. I think the most I have missed is 2 days in a row but I was doing other work outs. So I need to do a minimum of 6 days a week? now Im pissed. lol. I wonder if you did it 2 times in 1 day if that would make up for the other days missed?

have you tried upping your water? I have heard a few different places that a lot of us mistake dehydration for hunger. So try drinking lots of water AFTER you up your calories because I do believe that is part of the problem too

I remember when I waited tables I was ALWAYS hungry. Being in restaurant and serving food all day/night, I remember I would eat even when I was not hungry and I just thought I was. Grab a fry here and there, and taking the food out made me want to order it right after my shift......and I would. I remember eating at home…
